About the Blog
After a 40 year career managing businesses across the US and in eight countries around the world, I decided to document the key things I learned along the way about management and leadership. Many of these “lessons learned” were experienced the hard way (which means I made a lot of mistakes!). In sharing these, it is my goal that others might benefit and be just a little better as they travel along their career journeys.
Think of it as a “pay it forward” commitment.
As a wise man once told me, “Make new mistakes.”
