
Greg Steiner
I am a (semi) retired business executive with more than 40 years of experience managing business of all sizes for Rockwell International, Texas Instruments, GE, and Kaman Corporation. I have held positions in manufacturing, engineering, project management, marketing, and M&A/Strategy. The last twenty years of my career were in general management.
I began my career as an Air Force pilot and served for seven years before starting my business career. (See my USAF flight school picture below)
I am currently authoring this blog and an associated business column. I also teach project management for the American Management Association around the country. I served as a non-executive director on the board of PCX Aerostructures, and I am on the Board of Advisors for aerospace start-up Transcend Aero. In addition, I work as a management consultant with Sea Breeze Associates and Atlantic Partners International. I hold a BS, MBA, PMP, and I am an Accredited Associate with the Institute of Independent Business. I also hold FAA commercial, multi-engine, instrument, and turbine pilot ratings.
